First Stage -

  First you need to sign into your blogger account.

Second Stage -

    Now on dashboard you need to find a settings option and Click on it. You can see there are several options such as basic, privacy, publishing, HTTPS Permissions, Post, Comments Email, formatting etc. 

 

    'Under 'Permissions' you can see there is an option "invite more authors" simply click on it. 

Third Stage -

 

 Now a small popup window will open on your computer/laptop screen. Here enter email address of a person to whom you are inviting and hit that send button. Your invitation will be sent to your desired person on their email address. Ask them to login to email and accept invitation.

Fourth Stage - 

       Almost done, Once invited person accept invitation which is sent by email they'll be listed as an author on your blog. Now you can change their role on your blogger. You can Remove or make them admin, manager.
